OUR STORY

EmTeeGee Partners was founded on the premise that people are an enterprise's greatest asset.

We are passionate about our mission gained from over 25 years of practical corporate experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning & Development and Culture Change initiatives in Europe, the Middle East and North America.

The goal of Organizational Change Management is to transfer ownership of a project's success factors from the project team to the business users. This alignment and the ability to unleash innovation and accountability are a struggle for organizations large and small.

EmTeeGee partners with System Integrators (SI) and IT Depts to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Learning & Development services to their clients & constituents.

John Grant

Managing Partner

John founded EmTeeGee Partners after acquiring over 25 years of global experience in Corporate America, taking him to Europe, the Middle East and across the US.

John's extensive background in behavioral sciences and applying them to Corporate America have given him comprehensive experience in leading the Change Management and Training efforts associated with ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Success Factors, Infor, Salesforce, Workday et. al.) and with project management methods across the globe. His career focus is to generate tangible, financial business benefits from human behavior.

KELLY STALCUP

Partner, Organizational Change Management Project Lead

As the Change Management Project Lead, Kelly has over 15 years of experience in Organizational Change Management. This background affords her an experiential understanding of change and its impact on people.

Kelly specializes in leading global organizational change management for complex business transformations, with a focus on large scale IT system integrations. In her experience, Kelly works with cross functional organizational leaders and business users to build the skills and culture needed for change - and imprinting that culture into the corporate DNA.

Tyler frank

Organizational Change Management Lead

Tyler has nearly 10 years-experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant and as a Site Change & Training Lead in various global roles. In his experience, Tyler’s focus is to work with cross functional teams and organizational leaders to build the skills and culture needed for large scale IT system integrations including SAP ECC, CRM, SPP, OM, EWM, Success Factors, Core HR Time Management and like modules of Oracle Cloud.

Tyler’s knowledge of role access & mapping, training development and assignment of ERP system deployments, training assessment and scheduling, testing strategy, and cutover planning has provided a first-hand understanding of system change and its impact on people. His approach is practical and intentionally designed to be in alignment with organizational priorities that drive business growth.

Jenny Schwertfeger

Partner, Comptroller

Jenny has spent over 15 years in Corporate America with a focus in automotive, aviation and publishing, providing leadership with market research and analytics.

Jenny specializes in graphic design, branding and marketing collateral. She has co-authored published academic papers on Organizational Culture and an Applied Approach to Design Thinking.

Remy Jeffrey

Client Relationship Manager

Remy works with domestic and global companies that are in need of Organizational Change Management services. His focus is primarily in ERP with specialty in Oracle, Success Factors, SAP, D365 and Workday amongst others.

Jennifer Lamb

Account Administrator

Jennifer supports client facing delivery providing support in the areas of Communications, Impact Assessments, Role Mapping and Hypercare Services.

Jennifer works across multiple projects to support Change Management and Learning & Development service delivery.
